For this flavor profile we roast 3 different single origin beans (Ethiopia, Guatemala and Indonesia) separately, then blend the beans to make our signature Pecos blend. This blend has undertones of fruit, spice and chocolate, low acid and very smooth finish. No artificial flavorings added.
